PACC Awardees – Dangal ng Bayan 2025

In his address, Chairman Ceniza emphasized that the Dangal ng Bayan award represents a renewed responsibility to serve with integrity and courage, noting that corruption remains a major barrier to national development.

He called for unity among government, civil society, professionals, faith communities, media, and citizens, reaffirming PACC’s role as an independent, non-partisan civil society watchdog.

PACC is composed of volunteer lawyers, engineers, auditors, forensic experts, and procurement specialists who assist the government through independent ocular inspections and technical investigations of reported ghost, substandard, and abandoned government projects—at no cost to the state.

Protecting Public Funds and Lives

Meanwhile, President Visaya underscored the importance of safeguarding public funds, particularly for flood control and infrastructure projects that directly affect lives and livelihoods.
